Dawn Ely, Founder and President of Palladium Chief Legal Officers has been invited to speak to an international audience in Turkey at the first International Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Summit (WEL) to be held June 4-5, 2009.

Ms. Ely will be speaking on the panel about Cultural Differences in International Business. She joins a distinguished list of international speakers from business, government and academia.

“I am very excited to have been asked to participate in this important program,” says Ms. Ely. “Global opportunities for women are growing and demand an attention to educating and supporting them on how to successfully approach the market and take advantage of the opportunities.”

Over 300 women leaders and entrepreneurs will gather from Turkey, the United States, the European Union, and the Middle East/North Africa region to build international business relationships and explore future opportunities for developing global business. With a goal to educate, engage and encourage women to take a more active role in the global business community, representations from various governments, global institutions, business organizations and prominent academic institutions will ensure that a sustainable environment for women’s leadership and entrepreneurship is proactively addressed.

The inaugural event is being organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGIDER) with contributions from the American Turkish Friendship Council (ATFC) in the U.S., and the sponsorship of the Garanti Bank of Turkey. For more information;
